Paul has called Raleigh home for over 30 years. He attended elementary through high school locally and then went on to graduate from NC State University. Because of this he has had the opportunity to grow along with the city. “The transformation and development of the city and its surrounding areas has been remarkable while the pockets and small neighborhoods that make Raleigh unique never seem to change”.
After multiple years working for a local lender he made the decision to get out from behind the desk and join the ranks of Gephart Hill Realty to continue his work in the community. Being a part of real estate transactions from multiple vantage points has been a huge benefit. Much of his experience has come from opportunities to work with individuals and families entering the home buying market for the first time. “I look forward to the process of gaining my clients trust and then leading them down a path they have never been on before”. While this work is rewarding for its own reasons, he cannot discount the experiences he has had working with families looking to downsize, upgrade and investors looking to take advantage of the inventory surrounding the local colleges and universities.
Paul remained part of the core group at Gephart Hill as it made the transition to Pointe Realty Group. “It’s simple… I love what I do, where I do it and the people I do it with. Each transaction and interaction prepares me to meet the next challenge”.
“That is one of my favorite things about what I do… No person, property or situation is the same. I have the unique ability to learn something from every transaction I am involved in and move forward with an increased awareness of myself, my profession and my community”. Paul has focused his efforts on fostering relationships with his clients. The first step is to gain trust and increase understanding. Once that is done realistic expectations are set and a plan put in place to attain the final goal of completing a real estate transaction. “I have learned that education and realistic expectation have been key factors in successful transactions. This is just the beginning of the service I provide my clients. It’s tough to reach a goal when you don’t start with a firm foundation”.
